When does the next 8-Week Challenge Start?
It depends on availability. Certain small group session times are very popular so it just depends on if the class has availability or not. If a spot is available, we recommend you start on a Monday. Hurry before spots are filled!
What Is Your Session Schedule?
Weekly Training Session Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
5:15a, 6:15a, 7:30a, 9:30a, 11a, 4:30p, 5:35p, and 6:40p

How Long Are Your Sessions?
Each training session is around 1 hour in length which makes them easy to squeeze into busy schedules.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit YOUR current fitness level.
What if I can't make it every day to train?
No worries! We definitely recommend that if your goal is fat loss, to get in 5 hours of physical activity a week, but it doesn't have to be with us... and if you don't have 5 hours, you can still see incredible results with just 2-3 hours of physical activity as long as you're following the nutrition plan we set you up on.
Do I Have To Be A Mom To Do This Program?
